FU Fonds – Bonds Monthly Income: Wertentwicklung von 11,65 % in 2023 – Fondsperformance auf Allzeithoch
Starke Zahlen – der monatlich ausschüttende offene Rentenfonds FU Fonds – Bonds Monthly Income (WKN HAFX9M) verzeichnet im Kalenderjahr 2023 ein Plus von 11,65 %. Zudem erreicht der Fonds ein neues Allzeithoch in der Performance inkl. Ausschüttungen zum Jahreswechsel (aktueller Fondspreis zum 11.01.2024: 94,25 Euro). Der aufgelaufene ordentliche Ertrag des Fonds nach Kosten konnte im Jahr 2023 auf das Rekordergebnis von 5,05 Euro pro Anteil gesteigert werden. Das Fondsmanagement der Heemann Vermögensverwaltung hat die jährliche Sonderausschüttung für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 auf 0,60 Euro (Vj 0,55 Euro) festgelegt, diese wird im April 2024 ausgeschüttet. Mit einem Alpha gegenüber den Vergleichsindizes und einer Wertentwicklung von über 11 % in 2023 belegt der FU Fonds – Bonds Monthly Income Spitzenplätze in seiner Anlagekategorie.

„Wir freuen uns über die Wertentwicklung von 11,65 % im Jahr 2023. Wichtiger für uns ist jedoch, dass wir uns mit den bereits getätigten Investments die attraktiven Zinsen für die nächsten Jahre gesichert haben. Wirtschafts- und Zinsentwicklung sollten dazu beitragen, dass die Jahre 2024 und 2025 die Jahre der Anleihen werden. Die Anlageklasse überzeugt durch laufenden Zinsertrag und Kursentwicklung. BARBARA als Abkürzung für ‚Bonds Are Really Back And Really Attractive‘ lässt grüßen“, so Fondsmanager Gerhard Mayer.
In 2023 erhielten die Anleger des Bonds Monthly Income neben der monatlichen fixen Basisausschüttung von 0,25 Euro je Anteil und der jährlichen Sonderausschüttung insgesamt einen Zufluss von 3,55 Euro je Fondsanteil. Seit Fondsauflage im Juli 2019 wurden somit Ausschüttungen in Höhe von insgesamt 14,99 Euro je Fondsanteil an die Anleger ausgeschüttet hat.
