Grand City Properties S.A. announces successful placement of new shares from capital increase

Following an accelerated book building process on 9 September 2015, Grand City Property S.A. („Company“) will increase its share amount by 9.5 million shares (the „New Shares“) from 126.49 million shares to 135.99 million shares. The offer price per New Share was fixed at EUR 15.9. The New Shares were successfully placed by Berenberg as Sole Bookrunner by way of private placement. The gross proceeds of EUR 151 million will be used to fund the Company’s growth strategy.
