Grand City Properties S.A. (the „Company“) announces that the shareholders‘ annual general meeting as of today has resolved upon the distribution of cash dividend in the amount of EUR0.2 per share in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors (ex – date on June 25, 2015). The Company will distribute the cash dividend in a gross aggregate amount of EUR24.3 million on July 3, 2015.
